Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.


How do I return?

  • Send an email to with the subject line (Return and order number)

  • Enter your order number and items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of purchase

  • In unused and resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact


What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items (if applicable)


The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.


Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.


What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)


How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Can you ship anywhere in the United States?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the domestic United States


Does you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping on all orders over $59.95 in 3-5 business days in the domestic U.S. We also offer USPS Priority 1 Business Day.


How fast will I receive my package?

All deliveries within the US will be received in 1-5 business days. International shipping takes 5-7 business days, while shipping to Canada takes 3-5 business days. We also offer USPS Priority 1 Business Day. Please keep in mind, sometimes shipments are delayed due to extenuating circumstances that are out of our control.

Is international shipping free?

No, international shipping is not free. Shipping internationally will usually cost a minimum of $20 depending on where you live.


What do I do if I have questions or need to make changes to my order?

For questions or specifications before an order is placed, leave a comment in the notes field of your order. If you'd like to make changes to an order that has already been placed, reach out to customer service as soon as possible at
